Overwatch has 33 core maps across six game modes. Control, Escort, Hybrid, Push and Flashpoint maps rotate through Quick Play and Competitive; Clash was taken out of Competitive in 2025. Use the buttons to filter by mode.
New and changed in 2026: the Tokyo Hybrid map Neon Junction (Season 3), the Icelandic Escort map Watchpoint: Grímsvötn (Season 5), a rework of Antarctic Peninsula (Season 2) and reworks of Busan, Eichenwalde and Paraíso (Season 4).
Game modes
ControlCapture one point and hold it until your meter reaches 100%. Best of three rounds on different parts of the map.
EscortAttackers push a payload through checkpoints to the end; defenders stall it until time runs out.
HybridAttackers capture a point first, then escort the payload the rest of the way.
PushBoth teams fight to walk a robot that pushes barricades toward the enemy base. The furthest push wins.
FlashpointFive points across a large map unlock one at a time. First team to capture three wins.
ClashTeams fight over a line of five capture points. No longer part of Competitive since Season 15 (2025).
