Jason Duval is one of Grand Theft Auto VI's two playable protagonists. Rockstar describes him as someone who grew up around grifters and crooks. After a stint in the Army trying to shake off his troubled teens, he ended up in the Keys doing what he knows best: working for local drug runners.

The October 2026 launch trailer lets Jason do more of the talking. His lines hint at trouble during his time in the Army, and he sounds like a man looking for a way out of this life. Meeting Lucia could be the best or the worst thing that ever happened to him.
