Brian Heder is a veteran drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. These days he prefers to let others do the dirty work. He runs his business from the Keys together with his third wife, Lori.

Brian lets Jason live rent-free in one of his properties – as long as Jason helps out with the business. He's one of the first people you'll get to know in Leonida.
