Warframe Story Quests in Order
Every Warframe main story quest in the order to play them – from Vor's Prize and The Second Dream to The New War, The Hex, The Old Peace and Prologue to Tau – with where each one unlocks.
Warframe hides a surprisingly big story behind its missions. Main quests unlock as you clear Junctions on the Star Chart, and later ones require earlier ones – so the best order is roughly the order the game gives them to you. Below is every main story quest in recommended order, plus two classic side quests. Use the buttons to filter.

Follow the JunctionsThe Star Chart order is the story order for the early game – progress through planets and the quests come to you.
Side quests can waitStolen Dreams and The New Strange were moved off the main path in 2023. Play them for their rewards whenever you like.
Get ready for TauWarframe: Tau arrives in December 2026. You need The Hex and The Old Peace done for Prologue to Tau.
